Key Responsibilities

Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
Develop and manage our clients’ social media accounts content calendar.
Create all written content in English adapting it to suit different channels.
Create engaging content across multiple platforms.
Manage the day-to-day handling of our clients’ social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools.
Undertake audience research.
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Social Media insights.
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
Analyse competitors’ activity.
Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

Key Skills

2+ years of experience in Social Media management and content creation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline.
Exceptionally fluent in English - written and verbal.
Strong social media storyteller, with a keen creative eye.
Highly organised and multi-tasking with meticulous attention to detail.
