This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Creative & Strategy team as the key point of contact for our digital clients and projects. Based in Athens or Rhodes, you’ll lead the coordination of high-end creative work from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service
Manage digital branding and design projects from brief to delivery
Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure flawless execution
Translate client needs into actionable creative briefs and strategies
Collaborate with designers, developers, copywriters, and external partners
Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and project objectives
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and strengthen relationships
Stay ahead of digital trends and contribute ideas that elevate our work

Key Skills

3+ years of experience in account management or project leadership within a creative or digital agency
Strong understanding of branding, digital strategy, and creative processes
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
AI-savvy mindset: ability to leverage AI tools for productivity, client insights, and streamlined project coordination
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for detail.
Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with project management tools and digital workflows
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
